The Fiction Makers

Sep 07 - 09, 2010 | Hayman Theatre

Perth, 1962. Donald has just arrived from Geraldton, determined to reinvent himself. All it takes is one little white lie.

The Fiction Makers is about people who lie about who they are, to themselves and the people closest to them. It starts with a game and ends in delusion. As part of the School of Media, Culture and Creative Arts’ Artists-in-Residence program, playwright Kate Rice and director Jeremy Rice have worked with students from Performance Studies and Creative Writing to produce this new exciting play.
